I like to browse cubex55's longplay videos on YouTube, and I know they are associated with longplays.org's website.

However, after trying to view them today, I got an error message that a copyright infringement claim has been made and the account has been deleted.

What can be done, and how can we help?

Hey! I'm with fendrix here. Tsunao did me a great big favor doing the amazing SoE longplay I asked for a while back. Some d-bag (user name JohnX895) cited copyright infringement. But he makes longplays himself!!! I'm so angry about this!

Seriously, we need to fix this ASAP. Cubex55 needs to be back on the air. I get that all the videos are hosted on here. But we can't let some nobody who lives in his mom's basement in Siberia piss on Cubex55 and get away with it!

I think I speak for all viewers and fans when I say please let us know how we can help get your channel back on the air.

How about you do the same to him, and tell the Youtube team he hosts games as well... So he get's deleted too... What a big child that Johnx asshole.

I can’t believe this, Youtube just deleted the account without checking it first!? All videos are down and so is the main page from the channel, this is just sad…
It may be possible that this incident is related with the deletion of some videos 2-3 days ago, I think.

I know this is not going to help much, but two can play in this game, there got to be a way to do same if his account.

I would be willing to donate my account to the site, it has rights to upload videos longer than 15 minutes, so just an idea

It seems like he wants to have exclusive rights to these videos. He flagged about 20+ videos. And some of them have he uploaded to his own channel just a few days ago.

I thought only companys could do this. If is this easy to get an account closed then i will never upload anything to youtube again!

I remember the well known guy Angry Video Game Nerd got his account closed once. But he got it back. So let's hope we can get our's account back too!

So you think John doesn't have rights for those videos, huh? There's a site where these videos are in emulator movie format the author of which is JohnX895 and they were submitted much earlier. So you'd better stop whining about your channel and think a bit about how kireev20000 could make so many videos in a short period of time by himself.
To LaniusDoc: I hope that that thief kireev20000 dies a horrible death because of stealing those videos from original author
