The game is overall easy,as every ace combat. You might want to cut some parts if you're grinding money, and\or search online for the criteria of the secret planes, like the ADF-01 (the laser plane).
You can finish the last mission (solg) with a small plane pretty quickly: Just enter the main cannon and shoot everything like a crazed guy.
There is also an extra mode featuring Mobius 1, called "operation katina". I think that completing it will unlock the X-02, but I'm not really sure of it. Also,the AWACS is obnoxius.

Comment: I know nothing about this game, I saw it once at a friend's house and then I didn't saw it again for 5-6 years since then. There's a Vic Viper,though. So it must be a good gameTM. Also,it reminds me of Ace combat 3 Electrosphere, the full\japanese release. (pretty much the best AC game.)
