Racing shmup by Raizing.
After the defeat of the Goblin Empire, the king hosts a racing tourney, where the winner gets a wish!
Gameplay involves selecting a character and racing everyone! Can be kinda played as a racing game, but it's still a friggin' shmup!
This longplay plays through both loops of Saturn Mode first as Chitta and then both loops of Arcade Mode (complete with screen flippy!) with Laycle and Kickle. Savestate abuse aplenty because I straight-up blow at Loop 2 crap. I should've took a death here and there because something tells me this game has a ranking system (not TOO surprising since other Raizing shmups has a ranking system).
