My Mother 1+2 longplay is now complete with the Mother 2 video added.
I've download this LP and it's been done at 70 odd FPS. My TV can't take this and I was wondering if there's any settings I could use in Sony Vegas pro 13 or Power Director to drop it to 30 (29.970) without altering anything else?
I've had a quick go but the file tends to come out at 2GB whih is fine, but I would like the (for want of a better word) retro settings to resample this. My knowledge is only basic of these programs.
