Meeting Requirements
Please refer to the Requirements FAQ. Make sure to read it and to follow the guidelines!


Preparing Upload
You have to upload 2 mandatory files for your submission.
- The video file (duh)
- A SFV file

Make sure to refer to the Requirements FAQ for more details on the contents of those files!
Double check your submission before going any further!


Uploading Submission
You need an FTP client software for this, like FileZilla on Windows or CyberDuck on Mac OS.

Make sure to configure your ftp software so that it resumes files on upload when they already exist! If you loose your connection, you can then resume upload instead of restarting from scratch.

Use the following connection details:
Server: cassiopeia.solit.se
Username: upload
Password: upload

Create a new directory. Name it like the game. You can also prefix it with the computer or console name (like "SNES - Cybernator", for instance).

Upload the 2 required files to the new directory you have created.

Wait for admins to process your submission.
As the file size is the only way for us to know you have finished uploading the file, you may want to use the shoutbox to tell us when you are done.

In FileZilla, I did a quick test using the Quick Connect bar.
- typed in cassiopeia.solit.se in the Host field
- upload in the Username field
- upload in the Password field
- clicked Quickconnect

And voila, the ftp contents appeared.
Make sure your firewall is not blocking you or something.

Just drag and drop the file(s) into the FTP.
Assuming you are using Filezilla:
Right click and choose to make a New Directory (aka New Folder).
Name your folder. Open your folder (well, you don't have to, but it is safer) and drag and drop your files into folder.
Then you play the waiting game!
