Toto World 3 has been advertised by Innovation as Cave Dude, a title with which it was released in Australia on the 4 Pak All Action HES cart. Toto World 3 is not part of a series of games. It is the third game on the 4 Pak All Action HES cart. That is why the game received the No. 3 in the title.
Toto World 3 was released simultaneously with Koko Adventure aka Buzz & Waldog on the NES. Even music is shared between both games, though with differences in instruments and tempo.
