Alex Kidd: BMX Trial
|
Player's Review
Alex Kidd BMX Trial is a racing game released only in japan in 1987 and uses the Paddle controller.
The game has 5 areas, but it is possible to just go through 3 and finish quickly. The goal of the game is simply to complete the trial and record your time. The opposing racers play dirty and will attempt to knock you off your bike causing you to lose energy. Going over the wheelie ramps in the first stage will drop items for you to pick up to restore energy or reset the clock as well as a flying back to overshoot the track. Each stage has multiple exists and you need to find the right ones to get you to the final stage. taking any more exists will take you to previous levels. On the final stage the objective is to ride to the castle.
The first run is quite long as I try to show all 5 stages. This run also used FM synth for music.
00:07:10 The second run is a quick 3 stage run through the game and uses PSG audio.
