Player's Review

""Home Field Advantage! - First the Desert Madman, then Jungle Drug Lord ... now a new evil challenges the Strike C.O.R.E., right here in America! Ruthless media mogul and political maverick H.R. Malone secretly plans to destabilize the U.S. government. Crush this rebellion at all costs!"

Third and last game in the 2D Strike series on the Mega Drive.

The game opens nicely with the familiar mission layout but as the game progresses I'm not sure if the developers got bored as the missions get quite small and unimaginative. It's certainly an easier game up to a point.

I'm not sure of it was a bug or not, but during the New York mission, shoot the helicopters, making the whole area a Danger zone was very frustration as it was hard to kill them and the gun turrets. (Danger zones are only supposed to appear when doing a mission out of order).

The game introduces on foot levels which while adding something new to the strike formula, it was also quite annoying getting the aim lined up and making sure you left enough ammo/armour behind to get back out of the levels.
