Player's Review
Burn through blizzards in Monte Carlo at midnight or race in the blistering desert heat of Kenya. Test your rally skills through the dense forests, dizzy mountain passes and icy frozen lakes of 8 international courses. POWER DRIVE... drive it if you dare!"
Quite a long and difficult rally racing game. Unless you practice every track your not going to get anywhere in the game as you need to to know what's ahead to get round in a speedily fashion. Time is tight and you can only afford a couple of crashes at most. Even being ahead of the ai car isn't a guaranteed win. The night rally dirt track was the most frustrating race as it was almost impossible to see what's ahead and its quite a technical track.
A fair amount of nice music in the game, although encoding seems to have damaged the quality. AAC 128k doesnt seem to have been enough.
After completing the game, it goes straight onto challenge modes where you race the ai in the same car as you on one track from each country. I noticed the ai cheating at the end of the last track as it was clipping through the bushes. Evidence that ai will happily cheat in games to give you a hard time
