Basically Arkanoid but reimagined and featuring cute girls as well, where you also get points for clearing a line. There are three modes to choose: a puzzle mode, a story mode and a 2-player competitive mode. This video covers the following:

32:47 -- Story Mode with Patoraco. To play as her, you must press A three times and then Start right after inserting the coin.
