Player's Review
A wrestling game by Konami featuring a bunch of obvious knock-offs of popular wrestlers from the time. A little too obvious, since I believe Konami got in trouble for their Hulk Hogan lookalike.
The gameplay is standard tag wrestling. The controls are a bit odd as there's only a tag button and an "action" button. Since the action button does nearly everything it's hard to get your wrestler to do what you want him to do, which adds a layer of difficulty.
During a pin or submission the players involved have to button-mash in order to maintain or escape the hold. For the record, I did not use turbo in my playthrough.
My goal was to win the KWF championship and then play as long as I could from there. I wasn't planning to end the game as soon as I did, but it appears the computer gets downright nasty if you play around too long.
