Clone of Jovial Race on the NES which is in turn a Rally-X ripoff. The game ends after stage 30, you get access to a timed bonus stage after each five rounds where the objective is to pick up as many fruits as possible, and no, it's not possible to pick them all without the timer running out, so you're not missing anything.
