Earthworm Jim: Special Edition

Platformer developed by Shiny Entertainment, which was later ported to various platforms, including the Game Boy Advance. The SNES version lacks of Intestinal Distress level due to cartridge space limitations, while the handheld versions were heavily cut down.

Here you control Jim, who has to save the princess from her evil sister. Yeah, that's the whole plot since it's pretty simple in terms of gameplay, though I have to admit the level designs were impressive for its time.

The Sega CD version, released with the Special Edition sub-title, features the Homing Missile weapon, the exclusive Big Bruty level and some of the existing ones were slightly expanded. The ending you get here depends entirely on the difficulty setting; beat the game on Normal and the ending is the same as in the original version, while in the others it's either funny 'facts' about worms or a big congratulatory message. This longplay was done on Difficult.
