We are still waiting on a suitable Amiga AGA emulator with robust recording features before tackling such games.

Player's Review
Pretty much an Arcade accurate port of Afterburner II to the Sega Saturn released in 1996.
The game plays in a smooth 60fps although something about the control makes it difficult to target exactly what you want at times. Maybe as I am more used to the other home console versions of the game. The Saturn version does feature an alternate soundtrack (melody mode) but it is not that great and I forgot to show it in this video and much prefer the Arcade original music anyway. You need to access a secret menu in order to change that setting.
There is not much more to say other than its possibly one of the best versions of the game next to the original and I am a fan of all the sega super scaler games. This video shows two runs of the game. After the first run through played on Hardest, a 1000hit challenge is unlocked (with its own specific difficulty/ship settings). I complete this mode but was disappointed that nothing happened for meeting the challenge!. The strategy to beating this mode is always fly slow to maximise level time, but don't waste any missiles as they are important to destroying as many enemy as possible.
After the first run I enter the password given on stage 19 (t.k). All this did was reset the highscore screen to all t.k as far as I can tell and give a large rank medal.
