Developed by Irem. Based on the manga/anime series of the same name, this is some sort of shmup featuring Kenta and Katori, on a mission where they have to stop Dr. Jango's plans of conquering the world along with his alien army.
This longplay was done with the original, unpatched version with Japanese text. To be honest, the second boss was somewhat overpowered, it took several hits to take it down.
