Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World
|
Player's Review
This is a variant of Super Mario All-Stars that managed to cram in Super Mario World and did an excellent job at that.
SUPER MARIO BROS. - I didn't get 5000 points on all the poles (I blame it on the emulator), but I plowed through this one untouched.
SUPER MARIO BROS.: THE LOST LEVELS - I knew this was going to be hard, so I decided to get this done last. I played as Luigi and played though even the secret levels. Even though Luigi's traction sucks, I can't help but feel that the game was designed more with him in mind rather than Mario.
SUPER MARIO BROS. 2 - This is the only non-deathless playthrough, and I didn't even care to edit all the goofs.
SUPER MARIO BROS. 3 - I played as both Mario AND Luigi in 2 Player Mode, just out of pure boredom and to spruce things up. Even though it's 2 Player, since the Bros. alternate, having another person available wasn't necessary, therefore I controlled both of them.
SUPER MARIO WORLD - I play both Bros. again for the above reasons and due to the fact that Luigi's got his own set of sprites, making him more than just a palette-swap that he w=once was.
