Player's Review

Another disastrous conversion. I get the impression Spidersoft were given 1 month to convert both games, but only told after spending 3 weeks on the first game. Many of the bugs that are in the first game are here also and some are much more severe. Again the graphics have been redrawn badly, and again the game scrolls in all direction not taking into account the snes limited resolution making the ball hard to track. Im surprised D.I. was ok with the port as it really put the their great work for the Amiga original in a bad light.

I let the music play out on the title screen. Again the music is missing sounds at times. The ball physics in this game feel like were operating on another planet. The ball never goes where I want it, and sometimes in completely the wrong direction than should be possible.

00:04:45 : - Party Land
This gave me a lot of trouble as I couldn't hit the upper left lane at all. I couldn't get the R in party to lightup which Im sure is supposed to when you hit the cyclone lane. Non of the crazy lights would light up so I cant get the mega bonuses running.

00:27:40 Speed devils
Well this whole table had gone to hell. I couldnt hit the ramps at all making table progression impossible. I got to annoyed and gave up with this. The clicks when operation the flippers was really annoying as well.

00:40:50 Billion Dollar Gameshow
Another buggy table. It was almost impossible to hit the upper most ramp at enough speed to enter the side kick area and spin the wheel for my prizes. Lights fail to light up and eventually the music falls apart.

00:59:00 Stones and Bones
The best table in the game. Not without its issues being able to hit the right ramps to get into the tower. I couldnt get the bonus multipliers at all, it just flat out refused to give me them. Again the music falls apart eventually but I do at least manage to get all monsters lighted.

Of course all these issues could be emulator related, but its doubtful and bsnes is as good as it gets.
