Player's Review

Port of a touch-focused game that was originally released for Windows Mobile PDAs. Another port made for Nintendo DS exists as well. A 'mini' release came out afterwards for both DSiWare and WiiWare, where the only difference is the total absence of the unlockable Hard mode, as well as the alternate (though pointless) dog costume that is unlocked by getting all feathers in that mode (and in the main one too).

The plot is about some baby bird who is looking for a way to go back home, and for that she has to go through a series of 50 stages that are full of obstacles and also red feathers to collect. In other words, a very basic plot that is more of a tale for young children.

In the Wii version, you make use of the Wii Remote and its IR function to draw vines where the bird can walk through, these can be 'tilt' to make some strategic tricks or used as a slingshot to destroy light rocks. Some levels also have a rock that can be moved by drawing vines and tilting them towards it, this rock is the only way to go through areas that are blocked by hard rocks. One more thing to point out is the regional differences in backgrounds, these are much more colorful in the international releases.

In the video I go through the main mode first, while collecting every single red feather. Then after completing this mode, I play the entire Hard/Bonus mode with the same objective. The only difference between both modes is the placement of obstacles, which means you have to plan on another route to reach the exit, but it is now blocked by a keylock, so picking the level's key is a must. Successfully completing the 100 red feather sub-quest enables an alternate dog costume that is shown off at a stage trial. And for those who are wondering, this game has no credits roll, not even after finishing Bonus mode.
