Myth Makers: Orbs of Doom

Player's Review
You thought Data Design's rehashing series was over? Well, you are completely wrong. This poor excuse of a 'game' also received its own set of rehashes with sprite differences: Habitrail Hamster Ball, Hamster Heroes and An American Tail (only the second one had a Wii release). This is another proof that Data Design Interactive just developed low budget shovelware for later to be rehashed a few times with cosmetic changes and pass them off as something 'new' when they ARE also bad.
This 'game' is basically a Super Monkey Ball clone where your character is controlled with Wii Remote tilting (or with the analogs in the PS2 version), but the most frustrating part is not letting them fall down as some of the later stages feature very narrow sections where it's almost impossible to control, very noticeable in the last stage of Christmas-themed world. The horrible camera control just makes the experience much worse than it actually is. Upon completion of any world, you are thrown back to the title screen, which also means no credits roll trigger after completing everything. I attached a few replays just to show off the other characters, they only differ on speech which means they all have the same stats gameplay wise.
Overall a trashy 'game' that should really be avoided. I highly suggest to play any of the official Super Monkey Ball titles that are miles better than this thing.
