Another repetitive karting game from Rare. If you take Diddy Kong racing and Mario Kart 64 and put it into a blender, add some Disney pixie dust and this is what you get! Making you race every race 3 times to unlock everything just isnt fun for me and I wonder who has the patience to sit through all 4 hours of it 
At least in diddy kong the race had some variation each time you had to play it.
So yeah, everything is unlocked so I will just give an outline of where things are in the video.
00:00:00 - 3 tournaments on Amateur to unlock Dewey and Rainbow Goo cheat.
00:41:25 - 3 tournaments on Intermediate to unlock Louie and Heckle button cheat.
01:15:10 - 3 tournaments on professional to unlock Victory Vehicles (Tracks)
01:48:20 - Victory Vehicles, Amateur, Intermediate and Pro and unlock Unlimited Retries
02:22:15 - Show where all secret car parts are. As I didn't collect them during the race and I had to go back through them all to pickup the parts, so I just show the track and where they are. You dont get to watch be race through the tournaments again. Unlocks Frantic Finale event.
02:29:20 - Frantic Finale. Race on Amateur, Intermediate and Pro to complete game. Unlocks credits, Mirror Mode and The Professor. Also adds Pluto and micky on the TV
I have to say at this point that for finishing the game, The professor is very unrewarding. Yes its a fast car, but its undrivable. Having to brake at every corner is a corner you get overtaken and struggle to catch up due to bad acceleration. And drift is a big nono as the turning arc is non existent and you just fly off to the outside of the track. The real killer is, its the only car you stand any chance of setting a good time in time trial mode.
03:10:10 - Mirror Mode. At least you only have to race each track once. Completing all tracks unlocks remaining cheats, Negative coins, tiny Racers, Digital speedometer, disable zippers and finally Jukebox.
04:04:00 - Practice Mode. Smash eggs to unlock New Orleans in Time Trial Mode.
04:09:35 - New Orleans Time Trial. This track doesn't have the Staff ghost to beat, but the Ghost that is there is hard as nails and definitely not using the same vehicle stats as the Mickey racer represents (a mid range all rounder kart).
I have not recorded time trials as just trying a few, I found them frustratingly difficult. You have to beat the ghost before you unlock the staff ghost for the track. That ghost is difficult enough, but the staff ghost is infuriating and is using a kart with stats way way above any kart I can use in the game so hell to this mode. As far as I know for beating the staff ghost on every track you only unlock an image of the Professor and Mickey on the tv anyway.
