Platformer by Capcom. Part of a re-release...port...thing...called "Complete Works".

Follow a blue robot boy [AH! GEN!] as he joins a tournament this time to commit robot-on-robot violence [AH! GEN!] OBLIGATORY TOURNAMENT ARC!

Decent Mega Man in my opinion. Wasn't feeling it at first but it grew. Castle stages are pretty difficult. Same as before: we have traversing a stage, shooting the bad robots, jumping over pits (that may or may not have an enemy that will jumpscare you), and a boss battle at the end. Objective is to find the EASIEST boss and work your way through the rest of the bosses while trying to find weakness which you may or may not have! Additions to this game are Jet Mega Man and Power Mega Man. Jet replaces Coil and Jet and Power gives you a bit more attack power but slower attacks and smaller range attack range. New to the Complete Works version is adjustable difficulty, quick switching of weapons with the top buttons, a map to see general layout of stages, and a Navi mode where pressing Select will give you a hint. Navi mode also have ACTUAL arrangement of music unlike 1-3's kinda lazy implements.

This longplay no-skills the game on Original mode on Normal, Navi mode on Hard, Navi mode again on Normal to unlock Mission Mode, aforementioned Mission Mode, and one more go through Navi mode on Normal with special parts equipped that makes the game a tad easier. This go is with NO SAVESTATES! Deaths aplenty! Grin Unlike MegaRock 5, the special weapons in this game have pretty high attack values (pretty much 4 of them!) but in exchange we have overall harder bosses and stages. Hard just straight-up disables enemy drops and items, making weapon energy management a little important. The special parts used are Energy Saver (MOAR! FLAME! BLAST! and I guess Silver Tomahawk) and Hyper Charge (super-fast charging). Hyper Charge is a bit useless since Flame Blast, Silver Tomahawk, Centaur Flash, and Knight Crusher carries HARD!
