Game by Mistic Software.
Based on the cartoon of the same name, follow high school students/spies Sam, Alex, and Clover as they infiltrate and beat up bad guys.
Gameplay is split into many kinds of...summin'. You have sneaking segments...platforming elements...moving around...some other stuff. Yeah.
This longplay goes through all the chapters and finds the secret items or something. Still dunno where to input it at the site (if such a site even exists.) Savestate abused to hell and back because I never played this game. o_o This game also has many game over screens, which are shown near the end of the video. :3
BTW: Sam is bestest spy. Mmkay?
