DOOM

This is the first time I'm playing the 3DO version of this game. I play on Not Too Rough difficulty mainly because this version of the game has such poor framerate, I play most of the game on the second highest screen size just because the highest has too poor framerate and the second highest is somewhat tolerable.

There's a few levels where I don't get 100% secrets, I tried to get them all and I used a guide to help me but some levels it is impossible to get all secrets and some levels even the guide I was using didn't show me where they were. It also doesn't help that this version doesn't tell you when you've found a secret, making finding some even harder if you don't know you've gotten it or not. It's been a long time since I've even played the original DOOM so I do tend to get lost on some levels as I take my time killing enemies and looking for the secrets.

A bonus video has been added using the OptiDoom homebrew that adds more graphics options to the game to allow it to run better on 3DO hardware, I use the 32X preset for the best framerate. This playthrough is done on the easiest difficulty, just to show the kind of performance enhancements that is possible with this homebrew.

I do manage to get every secret possible for the OptiDOOM run, which still has one secret that is impossible to get on level 10
