Spectrum 128k
The Spy Who Loved me, Released in 1990 by Domark.
Not a particularly great game on the spectrum. The game has five levels with the third being the longest. In levels 1 and 2 you collect tokens, but at the start of level3 they seem to get reset to zero. Level 3 is played a couple of times in order to get enough tokens for the submarine and weapons although getting weapons is a little redundant as they are plentiful in level four to collect. Once you get through the five levels the game loops (so no ending) and at this point I lose all my lives to exit the game.
An odd oversight/bug is with the music which stops completely after causing sound fx to kick in like hitting an enemy vehicle in this play through. The music does not resume until you get a game over. Also sometimes you can hit invisible obstacles in the road like oil and even tokens. The helicopter can seem to hit you even when its not on screen.
