We are still waiting on a suitable Amiga AGA emulator with robust recording features before tackling such games.

"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, welcome to the show. You're in for quite a treat with Fiendish Freddy's Big Top O' Fun. We have not one, not two, but six, count 'em six, zany games of circus excitement. Yes, friends, a real sports-o-rama. Soon you'll be the talk of your neighbourhood as you compete in the death-defying events in this circus extravaganza. And a word to the wise — watch out for that rascal of a saboteur, that do-er of dastardly deeds, that vindictive victim of the rare form of dementia known as circusus interruptus — the one, the only, Fiendish Freddy."
This game saw versions for all the main 8 and 16bit UK home computers of the time. The C64 game was also included on the C64GS packin cartridge as well as included with some C64c packs after that time.
The game involves you playing through six circus events with the aim of doing well and making money. Fiendish Freddie will take any opportunity to stop that happening. Some events you get an extra life allowing a fail but if Freddie gets you, it doesn't matter, and the event auto fails. The Juggler event is the most unfair as it can be really difficult to manage 4 or 5 items dropping at the same time and it doesn't control well either. In knife throwing getting the aim just right can be overly challenging. Hitting the woman with the knives will cause her to shout in pain but there is no blood in this version.
In the longplay, I show completing the game and making enough money for the good ending. Following this I play again badly in order to show the bad ending.
