Player's Review

"You're sitting on 750 cc's of screaming machine, chrome and pistons ready for the course. It's you and your cycle against the road, the curves, the other motorcycles and the clock. Hot rubber on hot streets as you scream to victory. It takes guts and skill - accelerate up through the gears, steer through the lean into the corners. Racing was never so fast and furious."

Epyx was putting out tsome great racing games on the C64 with high details and a great sense of speed and makes you wonder what happened when games like Super Hang-on appeared on the c64.

With the game moving at breakneck speeds quick reactions are needed in order to to fly into the corners and to keep control as you straighten back up fighting against centrifugal forces. Along the way, other racers will attempt to get in your way or knock you off your bike. Potholes and puddles as well as road barriers will also get in your way as you progress.

The longplay consists of playing through all tracks across all 3 difficulty levels. Initially I was just going to record level 3 (Hard) but thought it might be interesting to show any differences in biker behaviour on the lower levels if any. The main difference is how much overall time you have to complete the championship. After completing the championship you are thrown back to the title screen where you can enter you name and save the scores (Disk version).
