George Foreman's KO Boxing is a boxing video game produced by Acclaim, featuring boxer George Foreman.
The Game Gear version was developed by SIMS and published by the Flying Edge division of Acclaim in 1992. It is much more similar to Final Blow and its Master System port James 'Buster' Douglas Knockout Boxing than to the original gameplay and graphics of George Foreman's KO Boxing. The Japanese version released in the same year was titled Heavy Weight Champ.
