'Machinegun Joe vs The Mafia is an action maze like shooter game set in the city in stage 1 and in the sewers in stage 2 where you play as Machinegun Joe whose job is to shoot the Mafia that roams and drives around the area. The black ones drop 100 points of moneybags, the drivers drop 200 points of moneybags, and the red ones drop 300 points of moneybags. After disposing of the Mafia, you move on to the next stage but be aware because black ones can shoot one at a time and drivers shoot more than once, and the red ones can throw explosive red barrels that you can shoot.'
The game is endless so I get a game over after round 10. By the way I don't know which reward does the girl 'item' give to the player, as it very rarely appears through any run, though basing on the score table shown at the title screen it should grant a extra life.
