"ARMOURDILLO - half machine and half animal this incredible armour plated living tank is your planet's last hope of survival!! Can you master ARMOURDILLO and save your world?"

Another impossible to finish game? The game features seven levels requiring you to rescue the eggs and get them to the space port. Unfortunately on level five, the timer runs too fast to complete the level.

Gameplay is fairly simple. Firstly shoot the shield on the left to release an egg. Then take the egg to the spaceport thingy to the right. Then go back left, grab another egg and so on. Once the flashing red light start, you can leave the level. On the early stages you may have enough time to grab one more egg for score. Enemies will appear in front and behind you so you should aim to destroy them as if they collide they will sap energy. Run out of time or energy and it's game over.

The first few levels only require only four eggs. Three onwards is eight eggs. You can maximise time by ignoring a few enemies and hoping you don't lose to much energy. Fire at the shield just before it is on screen to free the egg and start moving right. the egg will move further forward. It can be a pain when enemies come up behind you. Spinning round to shoot them costs time you don't have. If you time the shot just right you can kill them with a rear angled shot.

Then it's level 5. To increase the challenge you would think maybe they would give you less time at the start but 250 is already tight for eight saves. No they just speed it up so 250 is gone before I can save egg seven Thus I don't think the game can be legitimately finished unless there is a game mechanic I have missed. I haven't noticed and the instructions don't mention any way to increase time or energy. Sitting still also drains energy which is annoying when you you ideally time going through the bouncy aliens near the spaceport. I switch between music and sfx around level three and back again at level six.

Realistically, when the timer is working correctly you can save a maximum of nine eggs. So levels asking for 10 is ridiculous anyway. To show as much game as I can, I use a cheat to freeze the timer on level five in order to complete it. Unfortunately this also stops the aliens appearing from here on but you wouldn't normally see anymore of the game anyway. Level six introduces shields which block your path and need to be shot else they will sap energy. Level 7 is endless and goes on forever more until the time or energy ruins out. Using a cheat to set number of saves to 99 is still not enough to end the stage. Using a skip level cheat the game loops back to level one.
