Virtualdub (resize Nearest Neigbor) <-- prefered method or Avsynth

where is the Nearest Neigbor option in Virtualdub Valis77?

Open Virtualdub, then select Video, go to filters then select add and resize. Relative (%) should be set to 200 and the filter mode select nearest neighbor
