Wacky Races: Crash & Dash

Unlike other adaptations of the 1968 animated TV show, this entry in the series actually attempts to be as close to the original concept as possible. Each racer has their own set of special powerups which are also triggered by CPU players, it even includes Dastardly and Muttley's traps which appear randomly through a race. The game also has a Nintendo DS counterpart which shares most of the gameplay mechanics, but cutting corners a bit as that one features three races per rally instead of four, what is really interesting is the fact almost all tracks were named after the episodes in the TV show (a few of them resorted to brand new names though).

Upon first completion, you get the chance to race the tracks again but in a harder difficulty, named Crazy mode. The rewards for completing this extra difficulty setting are a blueprint for Mean Machine car and bio info for Dastardly and Muttley. I showed off the unlocked gallery right after some single races with the racers that weren't used through main mode.
