Shantae and the Seven Sirens

Originally released in 2019 for Apple devices, Shantae and the Seven Sirens is the 6th game in the Shantae lineup. Finally taking her first vacation, Shantae along with her friends and uncle head off to an island resort where she gets an all expense paid vacation on the condition that she performs with the other half-genies in the first ever Half-Genie Festival. Things take a turn however when the other half genies are kidnapped on opening night. Shantae, never being one to sit still, immediately takes off to find out where her friends were taken and uncover the mysteries of the island.

This game takes a return to form after the slight detour with Half-Genie Hero. Dungeons are back in full force, and there is a huge overworld to explore as well. The island is home to a huge underwater sunken city which Shantae must explore. Making the whole island one big dungeon where abilities are needed to further explore the island and sunken city. For this playthrough, I collect all treasures in the sunken city and collect all heart squids. Once again, I don't bother buying everything from the shop, nor do I bother collecting all the monster cards. Both of which are required for 100%, but require an extensive amount of grinding. I do however collect everything else including all the nuggets which you can trade for more monster cards.
