Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus (PS2 Classic)

Originally released in 2002 for the PlayStation 2, Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus is a 3D platformer in which you control a thief by the name of Sly Cooper. As a child in a long line of master thieves, Sly was set to inherit his family's heirloom, the Thievius Raccoonus. But on that night, 5 visitors arrived at his home, took out Sly's father, and split the book amongst themselves. Sly was then dumped at an orphanage where he met his best friends, Murray and Bentley. The three of them together plan to track down the Fiendish Five, steal back the Thievius Raccoonus, and avenge Sly's father and become a master thief along the way.

This game is a classic for good reason. It has some design choices that are a little antiquated compared to the other entries, but it's still a lot of fun. The structure of this game is mission based. There are five areas in total. Four of them include seven stages where you need to collect treasure keys through various play styles. The first level is always the approach to the main hub, which is split in two sections, followed by a boss fight. For this playthrough, I obtain 100% by first completing the main game, collecting all treasure keys and obtaining all the clue bottles to open each level's safe. And then after the final boss, I go back to collect the last safe (you need to defeat the final boss before you can open it), and then finally complete each of the Master Thief Sprints to listen to the designer commentary and the Behind the Scenes movie. And yes, I do leave in the sprint attempts because it would be hard to edit them out without it being noticeable.
