Bubble Bobble

'Meet Bub and Bob, two of the busiest beasties you ever saw, as they battle their way across 100 levels of controlled chaos in search of their girlfriends (ahhh!). Jump around picking up goodies and secret weapons as you seek to outsmart your enemies, but beware... hang around too long and you'll face Baron Von Blubba, from whom there's no escape!'

Unlike the cartridge releases for US and Europe, this specific version for Japan does not allow to play through the Super Mode stages straight from the start, so I had to go through the entire game on regular mode first (along with its good ending), this unlocks the ability to trigger Super Mode by pressing A at the menu screen. As for the longplay itself, while showing how to get the good ending on each mode, I also made an effort to pick up every possible powerup in the game, this includes the short bonus stage that appears when a certain item is picked up on time. Some of the powerups from the Arcade version did not make the cut on here, probably due to limitations during programming.
