"The unprecedented hit "Jurassic Park" is now - available as a shooting ride game.

SEGA BRINGS YOU "JURASSIC PARK," A SHOOTING-RIDE GAME BASED ON THE HIT MOVIE JURASSIC PARK....
We're back at the Costa Rican Island where the dinosaurs have gone completely wild and are eagerly awaiting us. Our mission to reinstate the dinosaur security system by capturing the wild reptiles with a high-powered tranquiliz. EXPERIENCE THE WORLD OF JURASSIC PARK! Realistically reproduced JURASSIC PARK movie graphics and reference materials. Authentic roaring dinosaur sounds, just like the movie! Well paced stages allow players to look forward to "what's next.. Up to 2 players can play simultaneously on this exciting game. The motion-based seating system realistically responds to dinosaur attacks and course movements. The special motion-based seat is sure to attract customers and earn a remarkable income for a long time.

A fairly Simplistic Rail shooter on Sega System32 board that was already looking dated by 1994 but still it's noval for making you feel like you are in part of the movie even though the gameplay is pretty much previous games such as Rail Chase and Line of Fire. The game is quite short but it's a wild ride with you being constantly under attack from the dino's The selection of dino's are not too varied and can feel a little repetitive as the game goes on. There is no scoring system so just a case of hold down the fire button and blast everything you can without the worry of missing score multipliers and other bonuses. There are no special weapons just several millions rounds of Tranquilz

For the most part the game is not too difficult but the bosses like the T-rex can really sap your energy if you dont get the required number of hits in so you have to be laser focused on the head as it sways about. For everything else you can only take damage from dinos attacking your side of the screen so your focus should always be there. There's no score to care about by helping out the other side. Their is also energy pickups but you may not notice any benefit on the energy bar unless you pick up a few at the same time as they give back so little.

Overall, it's not a bad game and looks the part but the speed of the game can throw you off. Moving the pointer with the mouse (in emulation) feels quite heavy and laggy and there could be some gfx issue which look like dark empty areas.
