Jackal

Player's Review
Jackal, also distributed under the title of Top Gunner, is an overhead run and gun video game by Konami released for arcades in 1986. The player must maneuver an armed jeep in order to rescue prisoners of war (POWs) trapped in enemy territory.
Compared to the NES port, this version has all areas merged into a single scrollable map, though the hidden power-up medals are absent, relying on rescuing a certain type of soldier to improve the jeep's missile attack.
The game only allows to play one loop, followed by a short ending and then the high scores table. No credits roll of any kind unfortunately.
00:00 - Start
01:12 - Stage 1
09:17 - Stage 2
16:10 - Stage 3
25:19 - Final boss
25:53 - Ending & ranking
