4-nin Uchi Mahjong (Fan Translation)
|
Player's Review
Riichi Mahjong.
Unlike the blackbox version of Mahjong, which has the 2-player variation, this one is the actual Riichi Mahjong game on the NES that can be play up to 4 players! (Unfortunately, they're all AI's though.)
The game actually let you have some chance to learn by blocking your command that makes your hand illegal, unlike some later games, where they actually penalize you for playing illegally. Thankfully, I actually learned a lot of Riichi Mahjong, and thanks to a list of something so-called "yaku" (condition) to make your hand valid. You can check them here: http://arcturus.su/wiki/List_of_yaku
And here are the English terminologies: http://arcturus.su/wiki/List_of_terminology_translations
