Also known in the USA as 'Kid Klown in Night Mayor World'.
There is a prototype of the Western release featuring Mickey which was going to be named 'Mickey Mouse: Dream Balloon', but that one isn't accurately localized, so I decided to play the fan translated Japanese version.
