Magical Tower (Unlicensed)

Magical Tower is an Adventure game, developed and published by Thin Chen Enterprise (under the Sachen alias), which was released in 1993. A port for Mega Duck exists which has half the amount of floors and some of them are even two or three screens long, while retaining the same set of powerups. The objective is to defeat all enemies by using the Rock-Scissor-Paper logic, when colliding with an enemy that has the same form as your character it turns into their 'prey'.
