Deadly Towers

Player's Review
This was one of the first published role-playing games for the NES in North America, becoming a best-selling title back in 1987.
An interesting fact to note is that the Famicon cartridge actually contained a red LED on top of it that lit up when the game was being played.
It was suppose to be originally called 'Hell's Bells' but Nintendo refused to put their seal of quality on it unless Broderbund changed the name.
I didn't bother with the upgrades as they made little difference, not to mention you get the best sword in the game right before the final fight which will replace all previous weapons collected.
It is never necessary nor does it add anything to the game to explore the dungeons unless you enjoy getting lost.
