Shoot-y game by HAL Laboratory.
Follow a spacesuit d00d as he infiltrates some air fortresses to save the world!...or something.
Gameplay is divided into 2 segments: you have an autoscroller shmup segment where you try to amass Health and Bombs. After this segment, you traverse a maze to find the generator, destroy it, and then peace out before it explodes. While you are traversing, you lose life when you move and shoot but it is only temporary. Naturally, you lose health when you take damage from the enemy.
This longplay no-skills both loops of the game while channeling a bit of SPEEDRUN STRATS! (just shooting in the opposite direction to propel. I'm PRETTY sure this was an intended strat to beat the timer on some stages). I think the game is pretty dope, though it is really hard.
