Family Quiz: 4-nin wa Rival is is a quiz game, it was developed and published by Athena for the NES in 1988.
There are four modes: the first one makes you climb a tower when you answer correctly, and the first one to reach the top wins; the second one lets you play Othello board, giving you turns whenever you answer correctly, and the one to win Othello game wins the game; the third one lets you play a board game, giving you turns whenever you answer correctly, and the one to reach the end of their board wins the game; the fourth one lets you play a memory card game, giving you turns whenever you answer correctly, and the one to find more pairs of identical cards wins.
Only the first mode can be played alone. All others require at least two human players. I was able to record this longplay alone since the game is turn-based.
