This is the longplay game Umihara Kawase, one game of a platform style puzzle series and initially released for the Super Famicom and then to other platforms. The main character is a girl named Kawase Umihara, which was lost in a world full of mutants aquatic creatures and need to go through doors to get out of it. For this she has a rope in order to overcome the challenges, stunning the creatures and reach the gates. The concept is similar to Bionic Commando with the difference could give jumps. The rope needs to be thrown in the correct distance to reach the right places. It is a very challenging game and a character that years later would be considered by me one of the most beautiful and charismatic ever. There are several paths through the game, but I make the video with the most longest way possble.
