Hot Wheels: Stunt Track Driver

Player's Review
From MobyGames:
'This is adventure racing with over 12 different cars including adventurous tracks through greenhouses, living rooms, sandboxes, while doing insane stunts, flips, spirals to get unlockables like hidden cars and power ups.
There are lots of customizations of cars and tracks that give you over 70 pieces to work with. Race a single race where you can race for fun without a time limit on any track or Cup where you can unlock tracks and see who's best with your favorite hot wheels car racing opponents.'
This is the original PC version released in 1998, compatible with Windows 95/98 systems. A 2D counterpart for the GBC exists where you also compete against other cars instead of entirely relying on the timer to complete a race. The key strategy for certain tracks is to try performing decent stunts, either flips or barrel rolls, allowing your car to go faster for a short period of time.
Thanks to a somewhat functional support for virtual Win95/98 machines on DOSBox-X core, I was able to get this game recorded; emulated preset used is a Pentium Pro at 200MHz (to avoid random crashes and graphical glitching due to buggy MMX emulation) with 128MB of RAM and a S3 Trio 64 video card, running a virtual Windows 98 machine. Really wanted to do so as it was part of my first contact with PC games back in early 2000s, when I got a Pentium II-based Celeron machine with 128MB of RAM and Windows 98 out of the box (didn't check if it had a good 3D accelerator however, since I was a kid back then).
In this longplay, I first complete the Championship mode where some cars are also unlocked during progression, these unlockable cars are used except for two that have very low stats for speed and stunts, rendering them unusable in some cases e.g. the Greenhouse track. I had to choose a faster car as I couldn't go far with the one I got after completing the previous Bedroom track. Then I show off how to unlock the rest of the cars, race the secret track and finally the custom track building feature. I should also mention that the only two FMVs in this game are presented with interlacing, so I deinterlaced them on VirtualDub which results in a much nicer look.
00:00 - Start
02:36 - Living Room track
04:34 - Bedroom track
05:59 - Greenhouse track
07:32 - Attic track
08:56 - Sandcastle track
10:56 - Casino track
12:16 - Ending
13:08 - Unlocking the rest of the cars
15:48 - Secret track
17:41 - Custom track builder
