I think something about Doronjo (of Yatterman series) beefing with the cast of the Time Bokan series.
Gameplay involves shooting things, naturally. There's also a bomb button, which is important for scoring. Essentially, you use the bomb to defeat multiple enemies. There's also many skulls to pick up, where getting 100 will give you an invincibility. however, it robs you of getting points since the bomb is deactivated. OH, and there are multiple playable vehicles, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. There's a life system, too. Losing all shield will put Doronjo and gang on a bike with a smol peashooter.
This longplay no-skills the game on Normal while trying to use all vehicles. 8 stages. 9 vehicles!
