iS: Internal Section

After Tempest, but before rez and Child of eden comes a tunnel shooting game from Squaresoft which utilises the PlayStation hires gfx mode 640x480i. I have made a blended video for youtube but both the original laced and blended videos will be available to download on Archive.org. I would have liked to have made a sharper progressive video, but I could not find a deinterlacer that could keep a sharp image without any combing errors so I just went with a cheap blend deinterlacing without any combing errors in the end.

It's a strange tunnel shooter game released only in Japanese region. You can rotate through different weapons with animal names which also changes your form. While I try to show off all the weapons, I don't always use the best one for any given situation so if a boss looks like it is taking to long, it is likely because I'm using a low power weapon that hits more regularly.

I show off both Normal and Enhanced game modes. The only difference that I can tell is that Enhanced is a little more difficult (mainly at the bosses) and you don't get as many lives. After completing Normal, Fullauto mode was unlocked. In this mode the game plays it self, you just choose a level and let it go. I am not really sure what the Ambient modes are about as all 3 just let you choose a music track and then choose a level to play, so I didn't bother showing those.
