00:15:12 River Park
00:20:04 Cyburbia
00:27:24 Rooftop
00:33:12 Crimson Fury ending
00:34:54 Credits
Endings for the other characters:
00:39:03 Sweet Tooth "Needles Kane"
00:40:46 Yellow Jacket "Charlie Kane"
00:42:32 Darkside "Mr. Ash"
00:44:11 Outlaw "Carl Roberts"
00:46:14 Thumper "Bruce"
00:48:07 Pit Viper "Angela Fortin"
00:49:53 Warthog "Commander Mason"

00:55:03 Hammerhead "Dave & Mike"
00:56:56 Road Kill "Captain Spears"
00:59:02 Secret level
I though the game had FMV endings, but here's what I found from a trivia on imdb:
The game's endings were originally suppose to be full motion video sequences. These FMV endings were actually made, but then scrapped just before the game's release due to concerns over sexual and violent imagery in them. They were eventually included as extra content in Twisted Metal: Head-On Extra Twisted Edition and are now known as "the lost endings". Image of Calypso from the FMV endings was used as the background image for the game's text-based endings.
