Im sorry, i dont understand "The game was played at 50% speed because realtime game speed would fluctuate cause of recording." You played with emulator?

so you played at 50% speed and then doubled the speed in video editing program? and why is this "the reason why there are rapid firing pistols and quickdrawing weapons"? the video should not have any glitches from emulator. or maybe i dont understand?

The emulator would occasionally speed the game up and down. This can be frustrating for action games, so I played the game at 50%. One hour of playtime is only 30 minutes of in-game footage.

However, whenever I recorded using the emulator (no dxtory/fraps), it would output and play it back at 100% speed, as if I were playing at 100% speed. It's complicated, and I don't quite understand how it works, but it does. I used no video editing programs.

There are parts of the game where I fire 5 shots in one second. This is impossible playing the game in realtime speed, but possible if everything was slowed down 50%. These glitches weren't intentional, but were part of the game.

ok, but all the glitches cause of emulation should be kept at a minimum.

Hope for the best is not good enough. Don't record games that are glitching due to poor emulation.

Also make sure you are using the Software Video plugin as the hardware plugin does not emulate all effects and is less accurate. Preferably with Dei-nterlace disabled for a sharper image.
