SILENT HILL 2
Silent Hill 2 HD with original voices.
This is my first time playing through Silent Hill 2 all the way, so if I seem to get lost from time to time please don't be mad. I got the "leave" ending.
For whatever reason in cutscenes and credits the audio gets super loud, I really wish that the people who made this HD collection knew what they were doing.
SILENT HILL 3
Definitely one of my favorite scary game franchise, right up there with Resident Evil, up until both of their respective series went to shit.
Out of all of the Silent Hill Games I have played, this was the first I ever beat. But this is only my second time going through so I will get stuck from time to time figuring out what to do, I remember some important things like the roller coaster key in the amusement park and using the amulet at the end of the game but the rest is pretty much a blur.
A few times the game froze on me, which I edited out, so I will seem like I know where I am going right after a save file or two but up until the point where the game froze on me.
Sadly this HD port wasn't too great because sometimes the cutscenes would have a studder here or there causing an audio desync to occur. Also the framerate will drop from time to time while going through a hallway that even though is completely empty, the game just decides to start chugging it a bit.
Overall I love this game, not as scary as Silent Hill 4 but does have one of the freakiest parts in all of Silent Hill in it, which is the mirror room in the alternate hospital.
