This is one of the two PC Engine launch titles (the other is Bikkuriman World).
And it's a game of mahjong, well known actually, ported many times. You have 50 sequences you can play, and I choose randomly each time. The goal is to reveal the whole picture of a dragon, with some japanese letters in the background. You can do it if you beat 4 consecutive sequences, which is what this longplay shows.
